Because I really would appreciate if nothing I sent into this batch got used with an AntiPA requirement. It'd be very hypocritical given my feelings on these requirements as a whole.

I want to try to respect everyone's wishes as much as possible, but at the same time we ultimately have to make executive decision if say everyone's like "I don't want this as x token" So it's fine to note that, but there may be instances depending on the request where we might not be able to follow that request. Hopefully that makes sense.
