Just a very small update in the main post:

Added SMOC 8
Added Bunch of Files You Probably Don't Have 3
Added Ultramarathon Gigapack
Added Cringefest 2013
Fixed broken download links for 3.9+ and 3.95 (Thanks to an anonymous tip)
Removed 96 Solo Files because it's the same pack as 98 Solo Files (how has nobody noticed this, lmfao)
