Actually I don't stick with this scale anymore, I'm just familiar with this grouping and merely wanted the difficulty order of FGO/FSO songs. 15 scale vs 99 scale discussion isn't concluded yet (due to the voting thread and staff opinions), we can consider something like 20 or 50 scales too.

okay BEER and CH can be bumped down by 1, at least.

also added Feld to VC cutoff list.
