When in reality, these radical islam groups have been indoctrinated into the "death to America" mindset from practically before they were born. The messages they think they are receiving from Allah are really just a combination of their pre-existing hatred that has been stewed up from childhood, and an insatiable desire to connect with Him to the point where they believe that their own thoughts are divine.
