MP is particularly inactive as of late but yes, as Red mentioned, there is a thread that you can post in to call out that you are on MP and are willing to play. Even though that thread is mainly dead besides a handful of people, you'll catch a few here or there. The thread name is "Official Multiplayer Challenge Thread" or a reiteration.
