Roe v Wade hasn't been overturned and probably won't ever.

Every single one of these laws, every single one, was proposed -not- to try and actually get those laws into force, but to keep trying until one of them can get pushed all the way to the Supreme Court -because- the addition of Kavanaugh finally makes it likely that on challenge, Roe could get overturned.

You say "probably won't ever" which is why these things are going to get to the stage where we have to hold our nose and hope Clarence Thomas sees reason.
