The jumps end up converting to hands when the section is intended to play as stream going into a jump. Makes it incredibly hard/awkward compared to what the file is attempting to portray.
There's plenty other places in the file that could use some TLC specifically in locations where 48ths exist, but the hands are by far the biggest offender in the file.
