If you are wanting a mechanical you are going to be dishing out at least $80 for one, but even with mechanical it all comes down to preference like any keyboard. If you are getting a mechanical though give blue or brown switches a try first since they seem to be the more preferred switch type among players.

Also dont buy into the whole k120 thing, its fine if you need a cheap kb to hold you over, but its just another typical membrane switch kb. There are a lot better options out there for around the same price or for a few more bucks.
