Most if not all of you understand how bracket tournaments work, if not, here is a quick example for you:
Account 1
V.S.
Account 2
Account 3
V.S.
Account 4
Now say account 1 gets a AAA, account 2 gets a black flag (1-0-0-0), account 3 gets a 5-0-0-0 and account 4 gets a 3-0-0-0, it will look like this:
Account 1(AAA)
VS.
Account 2(1-0-0-0)
Account 3(5-0-0-0)
VS.
Account 4(3-0-0-0)
Now after eliminations accounts 2 and 3 will be eliminated. It will look like this:
Account 1
VS.
Account 4
You can submit either a replay or a screen shot or both.
Another unique difference is that as later rounds come, multiple songs will need to be played and submitted. (the actual numbers are not determined yet) The person who wins the majority of the songs wins the round. It doesn't matter how much better you do than someone on one song. A win is a win, a loss is a loss. To establish a 3rd place when it comes down to the semifinals, the losers will take eachother on. All names will be listed in random.org's list organizer and thus you will learn who you play. We will even post the randomized list for everyone to view so you don't think we stacked it in any way. So no whining about who you are placed against, we can do nothing about it. There will be 3 divisions.
Please request what division you believe you are. We will base your placement on your request and your stats.
High School (Standard) Easy-Difficult
College (Advanced) Tricky-Challenging
Pro (Master) Challenging-FGO
We tried to pick a big enough gap on the off chance that a huge number of people join. Each round will have the same song for everyone in their respected division. If there is a tie, it results in a tiebreaker. If multiple tiebreakers occur in the same bracket, multiple songs might need to be chosen depending on the skill level of the players.
Good luck to you all and hope you join up
