Welcome to the site! Definitely a lot to play around with and lots of music to enjoy - if you feel overwhelmed play with some of the settings and make sure you're on lower difficulty songs to start out!
There are quite a few stickied articles about settings and playstyles, highly recommend giving those a look to see what people recommend!
