The Twenties were an interesting time. At least when they were roaring, there was a class of wealthy people who tended to only get wealthier. But weather changes all of that. In ways, a blizzard makes for the perfect excuse not to go anywhere, even in places where feet of snow is business as usual. It sure makes planning a dinner
