That's uh, actually news to me because I've read the rules a few times, and I don't think I've ever seen it in there.
and upon a quick re-skim via search and quick glance it's not in there
so, that's not a rule and therefore if it doesn't count the host is full of it

So uh, either the rule thread needs to be updated *HINT HINT* or that's just not an actual rule
