I'm planning to do one rep maxes again. Tomorrow will be squats and overhead press. Wednesday will be bench and deadlift. Goals are:

Squat: 335
Bench: 275
Dead: 405
Overhead: 205

I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't get any of those. I'm currently running on 3.5 hrs of sleep, but I should be able to sleep well tonight.
