Wouldn't put D6's file higher than 74/75.
Hardest part is arguably the offsync intro trills, but Flight of the Bumblebee which is entirely offsync trills is 74. The jumpstream is super smooth and is nowhere near harder than the jumpstream section of Punch You, which is also a 74. The burst sections, though more like awkward streams since they're not very fast, aren't very demanding compared to other burst files like say Phalanx, a 71 last I checked.
