It's already confirmed to be on the 360.
You mean a port would go to the PS3? Unlikely. The reason for a port is to increase sales. The logical step would be to tone down the graphics and throw it onto the PS2.
I uh... I don't think you quite understand the console war here. All Sony games go on the PS3. All Microsoft games go on the 360. All Nintendo games go on the Wii. Third-party developers can choose where they want their game to go and they make this decision based on perceived benefit of releasing it on that console. Namco-Bandai, the guys making Tales of Vesperia, probably chose the 360 because the PS3 is dogging it, even in Japan. Thus, releasing a game on the 360 might yield double the sales. However, releasing it on the PS2 would do much better than double.
And also, it's spelled "Blu-Ray", and most analysts don't think that winning the HD war means much with the standard DVD still going strong.
Finally, Sales numbers for GTA4 indicate 2.5 million copies sold in America on day 1. That's sick.
