I feel like its starting to affect me and I've bee trying to stop, but I just, cant. I need help, does anyone have any ideas or ways to help me quit? I've been on anti-depressants for a month, they seem to help, but I want to like one of you said, wake up one day and feel better.
Ideally, meet an expert and plan things together.

The most logical approach for me in your situation would be:

Make a plan on stopping depression/drugs. Use it as a reminder.
Do an introspection about why you're depressed and find your motivation here.
Change life habits step by step or drastically if you think you can do it.
Quit drugs/drop quantity asap.
Maintain better life habits. (working out/nutrition/sleeping well)
Use harmless coping mechanisms/outlets if you need to.
An example of outlet would be like writing a lot about how you feel and trying to make sense out of it in a productive way.
Quit depression by actively doing actions to take care of yourself.

It doesn't matter if it takes 2-3 weeks/months/years. It's worth it.
