The things I've noticed that looked like WoW:

The enemys. (At least in their descriptions. Thought I was looking at an Undead Rogue for a minute there.)
The interface (Mildly)
The look of the mouse when Interacting

In addition: There's one thing I noticed that makes me want this game all too much. The ability to auto-pickup gold. And yes, I do realize how retarded I sound saying that picking up gold automatically is an "ability". It should have been in the first two, I'm just glad they fixed it.
