Hallway's a good start to quadding things. Play 9's. 9's. And more 9's. Start from the fundamentals of getting into rhythm with your 8th notes, and slowly start incorporating more technical things, such as 12th, 16th, 24th, 32nd notes etc.
Honestly, once you can FA 8th notes confidently, you can literally do anything from there. :3
Also, read faster, noob <3 (C900-920 Hallway for me)
920 for Dragonforce, things that stream 200+, 900-910 for officials and such that don't require much reading concentration.
