hate to say this, but even one straight virtually atom thin line still has a thickness, hence making it three dimensional. 2-D can only be created when one dimension is eliminated. However, if any of the said dimensions are eliminated, the resulted volume must be 0, this making it non-existant. Therefore, I believe that 2-D is nothing but an illusion created by our minds, and you cannot compare a "2-D world" with a "3-D world" There is simply no way you can imagine seeing something truly 2-D, and theres no way something 2-D can see something 3-D, as its nonexistant. Thats my argument.
