hmm.. well i guess the 2d world would look 2d... considering everything looks like its on the same plane in 2d.. but your eyes give you 3d perception. the two view points create depth... but since your eyes would be flat.. i guess you would have a certain type of funnel vision... but still the 2d guy could give depth to the 2d world with the ability to create depth with his eyes..

and the second question.. would basically have the same answer..
