Well, you'll have to make a video that shows the values in your ini clearly then shows you opening Stepmania from the Programs folder and not the shortcut, or else you might be using a tampered ini/a different Stepmania altogether with a tampered ini. And with outrageously good scores like this, which no one has ever achieved before AFAIK, if you can't prove you aren't ini cheating you probably have.
