Spazzbite, that's like the time I woke up at 3 am and got ready for school (thinking that my alarm went off. I could have sworn I heard it.)
Also, speaking of nightmares, nightmares are especially scary during lucid dreams. Make sure you maintain complete control of your dream, and don't let any subconciousness slip in a bit of scary details to your dream. But if your lucid dream does end up turning into a nightmare, simply confront your fear. If a stalker is after you with a hacksaw, run to him and give him a big hug. That sort of action helps you get rid of the scary thing and helps you confront your real fears too.
