In our society, it's "wrong" to have relations with family members. We grow up seeing our family different than others not in our family. It varies depending on how close we are and what kind of life we grow up and live. The socialization in our society teaches us it is wrong. However, there are a few societies where it is not wrong. So it all depends where... Regardless, I feel it's in our nature to feel differently towards our family than to others, hence the majority of societies view it as wrong.
