Some people are using logical fallacies (although some have been using them sarcastically.)
Just because something isn't proved to be true (for example, the existence of aliens) doesn't mean it's false, and vice versa.
This is a bit obvious, though, so I'll post my opinion also.
I believe there are probably aliens somewhere out there, but I don't believe they have come to earth as often as some people believe. Many UFO sightings can be proved as fake, but some can't, so it's possible some of those are real.
EDIT: I assume, by "UFO," you mean aliens, because there are tons of unidentified flying objects all over the place.
And if that's not what you meant, then I'm sorry.
