Iraq is also not safe because Bush, in a stroke of 'shoot first and ask questions later', didn't plan on how he was actually going to rebuild Iraq's government. Meanwhile the Iraqis hate us, we've definitely overstayed our welcome, Bush keeps borrowing more money (and insisting that his trickle-down theory will work psh), and we're losing more and more troops due to our own carelessness. I'd like to know what the HELL Bush is thinking?
