What can happen?
The second 3000 people die George Bush stops the war and goes home?
No matte how many people die the war (which is now in the *rebuilding* stage) wont and cant stop now the job has started it wont stop.
When 3000 people die its a shame and we should pay our repects but in the end its just a statistic.
