I know a way that SHOULD help. Get your pad and a bit thick plywood the size of your pad. Get a hiking mat and cut out the same size of the arrow for each one. Place each under the arrows. Now you should have a pad that kinda looks double-sided and a pad-szed plywood cut-out. Stick each together with very powerful velcro (found in places like home depot and places like that) on each corner of the pad and the plywood.(stick on with any kind of glue that holds.) Now get Carpet cut-outs that are the size of those that are out on display like at Home Depot again and put one on each corner and WA-LA! A Pad that is arcade hard and is non-slip!
