Because of fan-support, eBaum's World--unfortunately--has original content and content allowed for use on that site by the creators. That, my friends, sucks.

Of course, eBaum's also has enough active stolen content to really cripple his site. His site started out as a site that hosted stolen content and will always be a site with stolen content. It's wrong when authors are not credited for their work and the person hosting the site profits from it, therefore eBaum's World is a flaming pile if failure.

I'm quite suprised this is the first time he's being sued. It's a known fact he has stolen content and it's quite obvious he is a liar.
