They're not supposed to. Jumps count as 2 steps in combo but only 1 step in the perfect / great / ect. tally.
In other words, his picture is correctly photoshopped.
And hell, is that picture #$#ing large! Can you trim it down so it doesn't strech the fourms, god damnit?
