Now I don't mean to wreck the party (actually I do) but what a ridiculous idea. There are people I can think of that do/don't deserve to be on the list and all it is is a popularity/respect issue. It proves nothing, and wouldn't help the gameplay at all. It just fills your egotistical needs. I couldn't care less if I'm on there (I have been been for a long time) because it's a completely moronic idea that is morally wrong. Some of those people have been here for 2 months! Some barely do anything for us. It does nothing for the game but make you look like an asshole. If nobody feels this way, it's most likely because you are on the list.
