Er... Yellows? I'm going to assume you mean gallops.
What you're talking about is a 1/16th note right after a 1/4th note. On faster songs (Insertion is fast enough for this to apply to it), you should jump up in the air while looking to see which arrow is first. Bring your legs down one after the other, making sure to hit the arrows in the right order.
If you're having trouble judging how fast, remember this: The space between a 1/4th and a 1/16th note is half the time between a 1/th and a 1/8th note, and a vice versa.
