Your post confuses me.
Tougen 0 1.5x = 240BPM scroll rate.
His Cmod = More than double that.

Tougen 0 1.5x music rate = 480BPM 16th bursts.
His score = A pass on 1x.
Exactly what are you talking about because both interpretations seem unreasonable.
Nice job on the pass. If you don't know how to and want to keep track of 1x music rate scores only, at song options turn Save Score off for that round.
