It's working fine.. thanks for all. Well actually it's not working at all 'cause that english.ini don't have anything related to speed mods..

It's just a bunch of:

[ScreenSoundOptions]
HelpText=&UP; &DOWN; to change line::&LEFT; &RIGHT; to select between options::START to accept changes::BACK to discard changes

[ScreenOptionsMenu]
HelpText=&UP; &DOWN; to change line, then press START

Edit: Err forget that i'm totally wrong..
