You've got the first step down.

1. C:\Program Files\SM\Theme\metrics.ini

2. Scroll down until you see "Player options". Use the search function by pressing Ctrl+F and type in "player options" and make finding it easier.

3. You should see speed mods. Take any of the speed mods, change it to the desired value (like C500, C600, etc.) on both of the places within that speed mod's row. Exit the window and save the changes.

And that should be it. ^_^
