If you're in Firefox intending to finish reading the remainder of the thread before replying and want to collect quotes to reply to as I am in this post, middle-click the Quote button, reply to each Quote, then compile them all together.

If you do, can I come? :O

I'd kind of like to do something like this too, but not so ambitious (unless I'm not alone). >.> Best I've done is make a tilt-activated voice box for a goat plushie (if Squeek ever mentioned that :D ), but that wasn't so risky cost-wise.
I kinda did something similar on the Monday of Thansgiving Week. Replaced a friend's Motherboard and Power Supply (he managed to blow out both of them), which meant re-placing the heatsink, processor, etc. It was a fun experience until he bent one pin on the processor. If that pin broke, -$300.

The only thing we have to say about the whole matter is this: Thermal Grease.
