He did all the shit himself, so I don't think anyone but him has seen the list.
I'll do what I did when the first CKMP came out, and host it on www.tsutter.com, and only give it to people who ask (and anally rape people who publically post it.) It will more than likely be released as a torrent in the beginning, though.
