FFR has a super useful colour conversion tool, which will change the BPM to make the notes your desired colour. But equally in this file's case, you could calculate the offset to be exactly a 192nd off so players can still play a perfectly synced work, and use your gimmick. o yea someone sent the link in #simfiles after i finished the file saying i could just use the color tool, but i wasnt able to figure it out. (though if i wanted to give it another shot im sure i could)
