All you need to do is download a flash standalone and copy paste the swf link at the bottom under where the dead flash window is

/~velocity/ffr_Wide.swf for example.

That said, there's literally no reason to do this, and the sooner you switch to R3 the better even if you have a skill drop for a bit.
