We do have a Bug Reports and Suggestions forum but no worries on this thread not being put there. It happens, and I can move it for you.

Generally the issue you're having gets brought up in our Discord server so we have a solution pinned in our help section there. I'll post it below for you.

Please note that even if you don't use Internet Explorer as your active browser its settings can still affect how the game loads. Let me know if this solves the issue you're having!
