My hand really hurts. I spent 4 1/2 hours painting while 6 feet up a ladder. Combine that with all the extra mouse work and typing and pulling on the right trigger of an x-box controller too hard, and the tendon for my right index finger is now really in pain.

(Oh yeah, I also was lifting car batteries, torquing on screws and bolts, and pulling a 58 pound compound bow with bare fingers.)
