I am leaning him slightly town, yes. It's nothing concrete, more of a toneread than anything, but I do get the feeling he's townier than not. For Charu, on D0, that's enough to put him in my "Not touching" (aka "let them develop") pile
Kind of the same reason I'm leaning you slightly town rn, and the same reason you're in there
