The only way I'm wrong is if:

1) the town roleblocker is able to prevent an acquisition, and
2) the town roleblocker actually targeted the right person.

Or:
1) The acquisitioner did nothing.

I don't know how to resolve this, but let me describe why I think the deal breaker achieved a miracle
