Maybe for token cards that would change tier as a result of the difficulty rework, reroll it into a new card of the appropriate tier. We can't just have stuff like Metro (prev T10) being automatically promoted to T11 for free since the T11 reward is quite hefty.
Also, I think it's time for the fusion table to go. Too much monotony to check a table for every fusion. I can probably write in a token fusion option into the unwrapper @TSR.

Maybe make VRofl Tier 12 and only give the reward there?
