I was looking at all the songs released in 2016, and the number of new charts in the 1-30 range was abysmal. Maybe we could have a 'Beginners Chart' special batch to improve the average quality of our lower difficulty range?

What I would agree on, which may provide the perception expressed, is that there is many more poor maps in the lower difficulties than in the higher ones.
Thus far, I've actually found a lack of variety and suitable difficulty curve in the high 30s through low 50s to be the most problematic part of my climb thus far, which I've only just recently overcome.
