Default INDULIN-AA-86

My city's (Corpus Christi) water has been contaminated with INDULIN AA-86, an asphalt emulsifier, and has been banned for the past 3 days or so; can't even boil it to make it safe. Everyone has been asked to not shower/flush/wash dishes/etc. as it would circulate the chemical throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Price gauging for water has been an issue, and there's also no bottled water available as most of our residents bought enough water to last them 6 years.
Got people on the streets tryna sell a 16oz for ~$15-25.
Public water pollution happens annually here so this aint nothin new.

The issue is being resolved slowly and we'll be able to clean our bodies and not have our skin fall off soon (likea week or somethin).
