it's rly complicated but the doc I'm seeing on the 20th is really great and I believe I can pitch some form of anti-psych to him specifically for bipolar (I have an actual diagnosis of type 2 aka bipolar LITE aka hypomanic) but before I found this doc I was bouncing around and different doctors put me on different anti-deps like SXRIs and whatnot. I'm currently on gabapentin which works well in rly rly high doses, the tolerance skyrockets really quickly, I have to take close to 3 grams to feel anything from it
bipolar 2 is why i'm going to ask for abilify or lithium. preferably lithium.
funnily at some point within the last year I was on seroquel and it was amazing but another doctor took me off of it because "we usually don't prescribe that until we try a bunch of other things" like bruh come THHEEEE fuck on
