We don't delete accounts. The way username versus userID is stored and a few other things dealing with the way the forums are separate from profiles etc, deleting accounts outright can cause some goofy problems.

You can close your own profile so nobody can view it, and if you'd like the account to no longer be accessible, you can private message somebody on the forum moderation or administration team who can permaban the account.
