divisions mean very little and are wholly subjective as of now. no one has made any guidelines on what a division is and what a chart within a certain division looks like.

B) A file that's good, what's good is that i'll be judging if i like it or not.

if you are going to reject charts based on song choice, then it is, as a matter of principle, not "any song choice."

Scintill's file was alright, but it wasn't what i was looking for as a chart, it was too simple as a chart and felt dull (no offense to scintill)

all I'm reading from this is that "easy charts are dull" which is almost always a sign that the person playing doesn't actually know much about making charts or what a good chart actually is. based on scintill's history of charts, I'm going to assume that it's a well made chart that happens to be on the easier side. you're not rejecting a chart because it's "bad," you're rejecting a chart because it's "too easy."
