or, maybe he was not familiar with the SM equivalent of harlem shake yet -- i.e. how it's displayed / timed relative to how it's timed on osu?

don't know how this would work in the scenario people are talking about, but perhaps these are useful explanations.

he has practically no motive to fake scores on SM of all places, considering this is a game where he gets the least amount of praise/attention and praise/attention is roughly the currency of these games as this is not an esport

edit: another explanation -- since his setup is located at the bottom of his keyboard, maybe his keyboard shifted awkwardly when he browsed a website and he hadn't repositioned it in a comfortable sport after browsing.
