Downvoting was a fuel to some people that gave a negative experience to the ones they were performing the practice on, the downvote, yet did it ever cross your mind about the other side of this topic you want to bring up?

There is nearly a pros and cons list to everything, and this is why it shows up because with Downvoting, the cons heavily outweighed the pros and thus was removed.

That said, I doubt in my sanity that you will ever see the downvote be brought back, and this thread is certainly not influencing the need for the downvote back.
